I enjoyed a delicious meal. The food was good tasting, there were several different choices on the buffet, the food was hot but, most importantly the restaurant was clean.
We stopped here on a Sunday and for Sunday lunches the cover the table with nice table clothes and have a buffet as well. We'll run resteraunts.
On September 23, 2016 KFC - 14929 U.S. 45, Macon, MS 39341 refuse to feed our football team and coaches. The order was called in on September 20, 2016 the manager on duty said they would love to feed the team and that it would not be a problem. The order was for 80 meals! I called to confirm the order on September 19, 2016 and everything was still of. On game night I called KFC with 10 mins. and 47 sec. left in the game to let them get started on the order; the manager said thank you and we would get started. I called back with 5 mins left in the game and they said they couldn't hear me so I yelled out start on our teams order, to make sure everything was good I called back and the phone was busy, I called 98 times and got a busy signal. There were 2 people with us that went ahead to KFC to be there when the team got there to help with the players and coaches getting their food and they were told we are close and we can't feed the team. I went to KFC to talk to the manager in person and was told that he was not told about the order from the other manager. I called the owner that same night to let her know and she said was out of town and didn't know anything about the order. This is not the first time that we have feed our team there but this will be the last time that we will try to do anything with KFC in Macon. The managers were very RUDE and didn't care that we had young guys who had just played there hearts out and had eaten since they left for the game about 3:00 o'clock. I can't believe that anyone would do this to kids. What if that was your child? I will never stop at this KFC again. The sad thing is that we had feed our kids at KFC in Philadelphia, MS the week before and got GREAT service. I had to select 1 star so that this could post. They don't deserve a star. RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE!! NEVER AGAIN KFC IN MACON, MS!!
Didn't get what i ordered and the person at the window argued with me bout my order. Food was ok. No salt no napkins no straw.
You pay for food and it's limited to get. With big price!!
